Die Location ermöglicht Veranstaltungen mit Gruppen bis zu 80 Gästen.
Hochzeits- / Veranstaltungsgebühr
Die Gebühr für eine Hochzeit im Mas Santo beträgt 950 EUR. für bis zu 50 Gäste und 1250 EUR von 51 bis 120 Gästen.
Die Hochzeitsgebühr beinhaltet:
Verwenden von Ort für eine Hochzeit (wenden Sie sich für kleinere Hochzeiten 20 - 30 Personen)
max. 3 Besuche vor der Veranstaltung
Kommunikation zur Veranstaltung per E-Mail und Telefon
Kontrolle des Außengeländes durch das Wartungspersonal (Poolwasser klar und sauber, Blätter reinigen) und nach der Veranstaltung (Zigaretten aus Hygienegründen und Glasscherben zur Sicherheit zurückgelassen)
Bei Mas Santo arbeiten wir mit einer sorgfältig ausgewählten Gruppe lokaler Anbieter zusammen, sowohl Hochzeitsplanern als auch Caterern, um eine reibungslose und unvergessliche Veranstaltung zu gewährleisten. Diese ausgewählten Anbieter kennen:
Der Veranstaltungsort, seine Räume, Möbel und Materialien
Die im Veranstaltungsvertrag genannten Bedingungen von Mas Santo (zB ordentliche Reinigung der Küche, Müllentsorgung etc.). Dies ist wichtig für sie selbst, den Gast, der ihren Service beauftragt, und die Verwaltung der Villa
Lokale Produkte und Preise, die ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis garantieren
Sobald die Villa gebucht ist, wird ein Dokument mit allen Kontaktdaten gesendet und jeder der Anbieter kann kontaktiert werden.
Nur die ausgewählten Caterer dürfen sich auf dem Gelände der Location aufhalten. Obwohl wir dringend empfehlen, mit den empfohlenen Hochzeitsplanern zusammenzuarbeiten, sind diese frei wählbar und können auch extern beauftragt werden.
Die zusätzliche Kaution beträgt min. 1.000 EUR pro Veranstaltung. Der Betrag kann je nach den Besonderheiten der Veranstaltung variieren. Dies gilt für Schäden und außergewöhnliche Reinigungen wie Konfetti, Flecken, Erbrochenes, Dekorationsrückstände, Müll durch Organisation/Gastronomie, verschobene Möbel.
